We have reviewed the account and have determined that the issues the client has been experiencing have not been server related, but related to email compliance (SPAM notifications) and domain verification required by law from our third party registrar. We have...
contacted the client in regards to these issues and have provided resolutions to the client that have required a response/confirmation from the client but have not received a response/confirmation regarding these resolutions. Since we have not received any response/confirmation to the resolutions we have provided, no action has been taken, as we cannot move forward without the response/confirmation from the client.
Since we have not received any response/confirmation from the client for quite some time, we will honor the client's request for a refund in the amount of $467.60 USD which includes all fees charged except for the domain registration and domain renewal fees of $14.95 each charged on December 11, 2012 and November 18, 2013, which are third party fees that go to our domain registrar. Since the client is located outside of the US, we will issue a refund via PayPal. We will just need the required PayPal account information which will be requested separately in an email from our support.
In the mean time, the account has been cancelled.
