I placed an order with this company and cancelled almost immediately due to their website having a glitch.
They ignored my several emails to cancel and now claim it has shipped. 1 hour ago it had not shipped but when I pressure them to respond and cancel that is when they lied!
If I receive this item I will refuse the product. They had AMPLE time to stop this order! Sneaky, underhanded business practices! I cannot believe they actually have the audacity to screw good people!
We did respond to *** immediately when she contacted us after placing an order, however, we did not cancel the order because it is company protocol that we can not cancel orders within the shipping timeframe unless the order is delayed for some reason. The shipping timeframe is between 1-5 business days as it takes approximately that amount of time to fulfill an order and it takes USPS 1-4 days to deliver. Her order was not delayed. We have fully refunded this customer as well as trying to get a good phone number to contact her via phone and she refused to speak with us. She did get her order as well as a refund, essentially she got a free product. Please let me know if I can assist you with anything else. Thank you, McKayla
On ***th, 2018 I purchased CBD gummies, the $*** was taken from my account and I was then given an order number ***. They said it takes 1-5 business days to ship my order. After the 5 business days to went to track me order, it led me to the website stating that my order did not exist. I emailed PureKana, no reply. I messaged them on Instagram(the account with their highest followers), I got a reply and I was told they would get back to me in the afternoon, they did not. I messaged again. Then emailed them again on their website. Still no reply, they still have my money, they have no contact phone number. So I’m pretty much a sitting duck here for the time being, hopefully not for long.
I am the customer service manager and this customer has been taken care of. I have spoken with her on the phone and she did receive her order! :) Thank you
I ordered a couple bottles of gummies from this website at www.purekana.com. They say it would ship 1-5 days after placing order and would receive email with tracking. Well they charged my credit card right away and has been posted, but they never shipped the order or have been given tracking email. I placed the order on April 19, 2018 and it is now April 27th with still no email saying it shipped or order received. I want my credit card refunded fully including fee OR rush delivery of my order.

P.S. I did receive a call from someone claiming to be from cbd company but wasn’t clear if was from PureKana. I did receive order but seemed not real deal. Doesn’t seem to work. I gave up getting a refund from them since I never would get response from my emails. If they want to give refund I will take that and close/end my complaint, but if not then guess there is nothing can do.
