I placed an order with this company and cancelled almost immediately due to their website having a glitch
They ignored my several emails to cancel and now claim it has shipped hour ago it had not shipped but when I pressure them to respond and cancel that is when they lied!
If I receive this item I will refuse the product They had AMPLE time to stop this order! Sneaky, underhanded business practices! I cannot believe they actually have the audacity to screw good people!

On *** **th, I purchased CBD gummies, the $** was taken from my account and I was then given an order number ***They said it takes 1-business days to ship my orderAfter the business days to went to track me order, it led me to the website stating that my order did not existI emailed PureKana, no replyI messaged them on Instagram(the account with their highest followers), I got a reply and I was told they would get back to me in the afternoon, they did notI messaged againThen emailed them again on their websiteStill no reply, they still have my money, they have no contact phone numberSo I’m pretty much a sitting duck here for the time being, hopefully not for long

I ordered some oil from PureKana and the first time it came within reasonable timeI received a confirmation email about three days after the order with the shipping info and a tracking numberThe second time I ordered I was promised an email initiallyWhen that didn't come I contacted the company and heard back right away with a statement that I would receive an email by the end of the day with a tracking number and shipping infoThat email never cameI've contacted them twice since then with no return communicationI don't know if my order will ever arrive or if I just was ripped off the money I paid themI am very disappointed and will never order through PureKana again and will not recommend them to anyone

My order was shipped on 12/6/2018, last scanned at a Post Office on 12/7/at 6PM, with an expect date on Monday, 12/10/ When it did not arrive Monday, I continued to check the tracking number and it was not scanned again On Wednesday, 12/12/I contacted PureKana by phone There was no answer and no one has ever returned my call I emailed the company via their website and received robotic, no help responses, until I started commenting on their social media At that point, I was told they would process a replacement, it would ship that day, and I should expect a new tracking numberOn Thursday, 12/13/I still had not received tracking so I reached out again, only to be told it would ship THAT day, and I should again expect a tracking number On Friday, 12/14/when I STILL had not received tracking information, I reached out YET AGAIN This time I was told that they weren't going to ship for 1-business days and shouldn't expect the product to arrive for an additional 1-business days Unacceptable for a company advertising "fast 2-day shipping." At this point I have requested a refund twice with no resolution

I ordered a couple bottles of gummies from this website at www.purekana.comThey say it would ship 1-days after placing order and would receive email with trackingWell they charged my credit card right away and has been posted, but they never shipped the order or have been given tracking emailI placed the order on April 19, and it is now April 27th with still no email saying it shipped or order receivedI want my credit card refunded fully including fee OR rush delivery of my order
