Company represented itself online as the # 1 company in Canada for Air Filters and other products for air filtration and water filtration. Ordered 4 air filters for furnace in February 2020, and paid online. Credit card was debited immediately and it is now May 11th and have had no response from repeated email requests. The company continues to solicit other product offers but has not responded to my request for a refund, or delivery of product ordered and paid for.

Deliver the product as ordered and paid for, or issue refund

Hello ***, in regards to my case above, the actions from the Revdex.com have resolved my issues with the company in my complaint. They have refunded my payment for goods not received. You may close this case.

April 4th - I made my order worth almost $100
April 11th - First complaint for the late delivery
April 13th - Response from the company that they would ship it by the end of the week
April 24th - Asking for refund, no shipment yet. - No response from the customer service
April 29th - The second asking for refund.
May 1st - The company said it was shipped on April 30th, so I complained that they ignored my two refund requests and shipped it anyway. They said I can reject the *** delivery, they will refund the order when they received the package back.
May 8th - Next complaint. The *** tracking shows that they did not even ship it. - No response.
May 12th - Next complaint. - No response yet.

They have the worst customer service with no reliable updates.
I could not get my money back yet as of May 13th.

I purchased some water filters three weeks ago and needed to return them. The instruction on their website says email 'support' for returns. I have sent three emails and have not received a reply. I tried calling nearly everyday, but no reply. Very disappointed about the poor customer service and how difficult returns are. At this point, not sure if I'll ever get a refund before the 30 days are up, which is the time you have.

. In December 2019 I had ordered 5 filters for my furnace and receive notice that my order would take about a week to arrive. Not only did I NOT receive the filters, ever.....but I have been trying to contact their customer service department, or any one who can help me, for over 2 months. Some guy named Ron kept giving me the run-around and reassuring me that I will receive the product "soon" or that it was "on its way" and continued to *** to me every time I called. The only reason I received a refund in MARCH 2020 was because I opened a claim with my *** and they reimbursed me. I have been frustrated with this company from December 2019 until March 2020 which is absolutely unacceptable and just bad business.

I ordered filters April 01,2020 and they still haven't shipped them 21 days later. I have emailed them twice requesting to cancel my order and receive a refund but they are not responding. They also don't answer there phone it just keeps saying they are closed. I'm going to have to contact my credit card company and get them to deal with this company. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

I placed an order and Paid in full 136.08 on February 4th with the company promise of shipping to my door within 3 - 5 days. It is now March 17 and all I have been getting is the "run a round" we will ship give us a week. I finally gave up on the order shipping and have requested a full refund, they keep telling me that the matter has been sent to the credit department and it will take 2 weeks. Its now almost 3 weeks past the promise of refund and I am not confident that they will return the money. This is very disturbing to me. I honestly do not think they have any intent on refunding my credit card.

Desired Outcome

All I want from this Company is to have my money credited back to *** that's it. Not asking for anything over and above.

We are very sad about this delay and I admit that we are short-staffed in the last few weeks not to mention that while we are bouncing back Covid came in our way that cause us limitation in delivering the parcel.
I can assure you that the next tie you place an order it will be a whole lot different since we are now updating the system that can handle huge orders and capable of delivering orders in a minimum of 100 orders per day.
I hope you would accept our apology and as a compensation for the inconvenience we would be gladly to give you a good rate in your next order.

The business finally refunded the money. Thank you for all your help. I fought with them for a month and a half to get this resolved. Without getting you involved I don't feel confident that they would have refunded the money.

Their 3-5 day delivery of my*** filters took 5 weeks and only after I got *** to request a refund. The filters came today, no labels, no directional arrows, just white cardboard with no markings whatsoever so who knows what the *** rating is.
No one ever answers the phone and multiple times during their stated business hours, I got the message they were closed.

I ordered 2 filters from them February 15th. To date I have not received the order. Yesterday I cancelled order and requested a confirmation of same. ***. How unfortunate that a Canadian company behaves so poorly towards customers. As other people, I too got nothing but empty promisses for delivery. Now I will go into my *** account and lodge a complaint. I too wish that I had read the reviews first, obviously I would not have placed an order with them.

Ordered filters on website Feb 18 website stated delivery at my door by 3 to 5 days. No confirmation of order received. 2 weeks later emailed them and they emailed back and said they were checking with warehouse. No word from them - emailed them again, called customer service 20 times but they were not answering calls. Emailed to ask for money back and they emailed stating they were having warehouse communication difficulties and to be patient. Emailed again asking for refund and no response.

I would just like a full refund on my credit card.

Two weeks after placing order and it is listed as being 'unfulfilled' on their web sight. Very hard to send e-mails...multiple logins required...'prove you are not a robot'. Phoned only to get recorded message,"Company is closed".

Terrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from this company again.
I placed an order, over a week went by with no shipping notification so I cancelled the order and requested a refund. After chasing them down through email and phone, they finally replied back to say my refund was processed and would be reflected within 72 hours (which was over a month ago).
The company then decided to ship out the filter anyways, despite the fact that I had cancelled the order before it shipped and they even confirmed the refund would be processed. They then held back my refund and tried to get me to keep the filter and change my mind about the refund. I said no, and that I still wanted my refund. I even returned the filter yet I continue to chase them for my refund. This has been such an annoying, frustrating experience.
I've never had such lousy customer service and will be telling everyone I know to never order from this company. It seems that many people have had similar experiences, I hope karma comes back around to this company for the headaches they have caused so many customers. I should have read reviews before ordering from them in the first place.

I placed my order on Wednesday and 24 hrs after placing the order the tracking number was sent to me. The order arrived on Friday that same week. Thanks so much and I will see you next year.

I ordered last year two filters for my home system, used one and opened the second box only this year , finding a faulty filter.
So I asked PureFilters to replace it without fees and after multiple communications, they accepted to replace it with a new order which I did.
So thank you PureFilters for your excellent services.
Now on I open all boxes at arrival !

. Order for furnace filters took 2 Months to fill, necessitating multiple emails with many promises of pending shipment before order finally arrived. No One ever answers their so called Customer Service number. Not likely will ever order from them again. Claim to be the #1 filter supplier in Canada-

I have placed orders with this company in the past with no issues. However, this time I placed my order on October 2 also the exact date they charged my credit card. I have reached out to this company 3 times. First time received no response, second and third time "Donna" responded that as soon as the warehouse gives here the information she would send it to me. It is now November 8 and I have yet to receive a response or my filters. Unfortunately this will be the last time I order from them because I should not have to chase them down for information.

The order process was easy and the product was delivered within a couple of days, however, it was shipped in a flimsy cardboard box which arrived at my house crushed. I ordered ten filters and they were all damaged, most of them beyond repair. I contacted the company and promptly received a reply saying they were sorry and would look into it, but since then they have gone "dark", with no replies to my phone calls or e-mails. It is hard to find the size of filters I ordered, and I would have been happy to continue to do business with this company, but they don't seem to care about the customer service side of the business relationship. Last order this company will get from me!

I have ordered from PureFilters since purchasing my *** Elite modulating furnace 4 years ago. Their prices beat everyone by far and I usually order 5 at a time. I ordered 5 again this year and was missing one filter. I contacted PureFilters and, with no questions asked, they mailed me a replacement. I will continue to use ***.

This company shorted me a filter in a shipment and has been very difficult to work with. I thought I would contact them and get a response and new filter in a few days - its been several attempt with promised results but I have yet to see anything arrive and a solid response from anyone that seems to care.

I just brought one filter from them and on the website, it is said genuine *** production, however when I opened the shipment, it is no brand at all. Called them next morning, Jay answered the call (not sure if he is the only one) and said it is wrong shipment, he can get me another one. Thought everything will be ok, then in the afternoon email from Donna said it is their own brand and ask me to try it, I said I paid $80 for the *** product, not your brand. The no update. I kept calling the customer service number, no one answer. Finally I have to *** to dispute the transaction, then they sent email say they can send me new one if I cancel the dispute. I told them I will cancel it if they send me a new one. I really don't know if they have that product, I have to order another one from ***. So far I still didn't hear any update on the new shipment, will let *** to handle it, don't want to deal with them any more

I ordered my replacement filters & the order arrived in 2 days!!
