I did talk to Mr*** on January 11, about his job. He ask me to return his deposit which I told him I would do by the end of the week. I mailed the check on January 16, 2016. I just check my account on line and the check has not cleared yet. I will put a stop payment on
that check and mail another check today. I'm very sorry for the way the job worked out. The job was going to be a very tough job and I only really have one crew that I would like to sent on that job and the timing just didn't work out. Mr. *** was gone part of the time last fall and he did tell me to go ahead and do the job even if he wasn't home but I didn't feel that was I good Idea. I wish him the best of luck and again I do apologize things didn't work out
