Review: I was solicited by [redacted] at my place of employment. He presented his product and handed me a sheet with his referral program. The document clearly states the terms. "EVERY CUSTOMER THAT LEASES OUR PWIR AND OR PWIM UNITS, YOU EARN $100 for each unit. After reading it I referred him to [redacted] and the contact person was [redacted] Director of Environmental Services. [redacted] leased 40 units but Pure Water only gave me a check for $2000 when they owed me $4000. I have not received the money owed. I have the emails from [redacted] for the delivery of the units! They have changed the terms after the fact to state I had to wait 36 months or renewal to receive the balance owed to me. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I waited the 36 months with no results and no fulfillment of their contractual obligation. This was a bait and switch, as well as false solicitation of a referral program. I have all of the email correspondence as well as the referral sheet that was handed to me. your system will not accept my PDF scans for some reason so I can email or fax for your convenience.Desired Settlement: I choose refund but actually it would be a payment of what I am owed. I want my $2000.
