Pure Tanning

Review: This is an advertising and a billing issue. I was a member of Hollywood Tans at [redacted]. My billing statements for this membership have always read 'Hollywood Tans.' In september of 2013 I noticed that Hollywood Tans appeared to be sold to a Pure Tanning salon. I called the Hollywood corporate office which stated that my membership has been voided since the location closed. Today I received a call from a worker at Pure Tanning asserting that Pure Tanning has always been Hollywood tans and there was just a "sign change." She said they have attempted to bill me and I owe a significant amount of money to their company from lack of payment. I do not nor have I ever had a membership with Pure Tanning. I have email confirmation from the corporate office of Hollywood Tans that they have never been in anyway affiliated with Pure Tanning and I do not have an outstanding balance with them.Desired Settlement: I want written confirmation that I do not owe a balance to Pure Tanning.
