I was told that I would get a full refund including shipping charges $60.00 and as yet have received nothing, can't even get through to them by phone.
I purchased their product and since it didn't work as assured in advertisement and was guaranteed full purchase price back I called and after speaking to a lot of persons they finally pass me to the Customer Care Agent who said his name was Charlie. He guaranteed not only a full refund but also added the shipping charges for a total of $60.00 (Dollars). But as of today, they have not sent the refund. The product was charge to my account on May 30, 2019.

Desired Outcome

They offered a full refund including shipping charges and so that is what I want them to do, credit my account for the complete purchase price.

On 5/29/19 *** placed her order online for 1 bottle of our CBD Oil Tincture for $55.05 & $4.95 shipping and handling. The total paid was $60.00. On 6/12/19 Ms. called in requesting a refund for her order. She was issued a total refund of $60.00. That same day we received communication that she had also filed a fraud claim with her bank or credit institution in regards to the charges. Normally when a claim of this nature is made with the bank or credit institution they will issue a credit to the account while they investigate the fraud claim. On 6/12/19 *** would have potentially received 2 refunds of $60.00, one from Cachet CBD and one from her bank or credit institution for the fraud claim. Once her bank or credit institution finishes the fraud investigation *** would have seen the $60.00 credit from her bank or credit institution reversed. This may be what is leading to the confusion. We encourage Ms. to reach out to her bank or credit institution for clarity on the situation. We apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred. Reference your email of July 25, 2019, I will write down the events as they happened and in the order in which they happened.

On May 30, 2019 - Pure Sunshine Naturals LLC, charged my account $60.00 for their CBD Oil which they promised would eliminated all my arthritic pain. Upon receiving said product in the early days of June, I immediately followed the instructions provided and after waiting the time line that they suggested by an extra one (1) week I called the company and asked for a refund because the product didn't work as promised. They very politely agreed to refund the money including shipping, and so this conversation ended.

Since I didn't hear from them again, nor did they refunded my money, I tried calling all the telephone numbers that I could find but none of them worked. In view of this situation I decided to file a claim with the Revdex.com on July 3, 2019, that's one month after the purchase of their product.

On July 17, 2019 - I received an email where you told me that the company had not contacted you and asking me I they had contacted me. I responded "NO", they have not!

On July 20, 2019 - I called your office and left a message for you to call me. Someone from your office called me to let me know that you weren't in that day and I explained that the reason why I was calling was to find out if anyone had communicated with you. In the conversation I mentioned that I hadn't filed a "Dispute Complaint" with the bank and I asked if I should do so. Her response was "yes". So I called the bank and filed a "dispute Complaint". I spoke with a lady named *** from my bank *** to dispute the charges for the "Cachet CBD OIL". She said they would follow-up with the investigation and that I would receive a letter in about two (2) weeks.

On July 23, 2019 - A person named Trey, Agent No. from Pure Sunshine Naturals LLC, called me and told me that the company had processed the payment for $60.00 on June 12, 2019, and that it should take a week to complete the process. But I looked up my account and from June 12, 2019 to July 23, 2019, there were no credits from Pure Sunshine Naturals LLC made into my account. Was he lying!? A credit transaction doesn't take over a month to be process. Then he offered to send me an "E-Check" but I refused. I want a credit to my account as previously agreed.

July 24, 2019 - Spoke with *** from *** she told me that the investigation was still ongoing and that I would receive a letter from them in about two (2) weeks.

July 24, 2019 - Spoke with you, Ms. I told you about my conversation with Mr. Trey, from Pure Sunshine Naturals LLC, and how he told me that since I had gone to my bank with a "Credit Payment Dispute" they weren't able to proceed with the process to credit my account and that the bank would refund me my money.

I said: "Hello!!!!": The bank is not going to refund anything until they receive it from Pure Sunshine Naturals LLC!!!! As soon as you process the credit, the bank, Revdex.com, me, and his company will be finish with this transaction of a credit to my account. Nobody is going to pay me TWICE!!! Nor am I trying to cheat anyone, I just want my money as promised by Pure Sunshine Naturals LLC, period!

I am surprise that you, Ms. should even suggest according to your statement dated July 24-25, 2019, that "On 6/12/19 *** would have potentially received 2 refunds of $60.00, one from Cachet CBD and one from her bank or credit institution for the fraud claim.

On June 12, 2019 I hadn't even files a complaint with the Revdex.com and *** I was still trying out the product that didn't work for me!!!

Thank you for your attention and I hope that this situation can come to a close with justice and truth being the victors. This company is a disgrace and is just trying to cope out of doing what is right and what they said they would do. I didn't put any words in their mouths. They offered to give me a credit for $60.00 and that is what I expect them to do. It is also what I hope that you will do for me too.

There is nothing else to report. This company is playing with time and with us. They are unscrupulous. They goal is to tire us out, first they said that they processed the payment, then they offer me an e-check, and when I refused it and asked that my account be issued a credit, then they play with the story that my credit card company would pay me and that I would receive two payments. We all know the the only credit that I'm going to get is the one when this company sends my bank the money they were given for their useless product. It's obvious they are playing with all of us. Are you going to let them make fools of us???

This company is out to cheat the consumer. I tried to order a special for $39.80 which became $199. at check out. I immediately called Cachetcbd and was told they had already processed my order and they have a no cancellation policy. I never even left the confirmation page. I am sending back the package and I have contacted American Express to put a hold on this charge. They do not deserve any stars!!!

I have not opened my box nor will I. I ordered one carton of a cream, and I was charged 199.95 for five which I DID NOT order. When I called to tell them of the mistake, I was told I could return them with a 50& restocking fee. Only when I told them they would hear from my lawyer, they called me back and told me to return them , note the tracking order, then CALL THEM and tell them the tracking order. THEN they would refund my money. If I reject the package without opening it, they have to pay the postage. Meanwhile, I explained to my CC co. and they negated the charge.

What a shoddy company this is!

On 6/26/19 *** called in to customer care to request the order be cancelled. At that time the order had already shipped out to her. The Return for all 5 bottles was approved and Ms. was issued an RMA number to ensure she received a refund with her returned items. The return was received back to the warehouse on 7/10/19. Unfortunately, on 7/02/19 a dispute was received from Ms. bank or credit institution that the cardholder does not recognize charge and was claiming fraud. Once a dispute is made the bank will inform the customer of the final outcome. We are unable to process a refund on our end once a dispute has been filed. That same day she called in to customer care and stated that she had ordered the incorrect quantity and she had meant to order the 3 bottle package for $119.95. The order had already shipped out to her, we issued a refund of $80.10 and let Ms. keep the additional 2 jars free of charge. In addition to make up for any misunderstanding that may have occurred on 7/23/19 we refunded the remaining $119.95. We reached out to her and left a detailed message. Ms. is welcome to keep all 5 bottles of Cream as a gift from us. I appreciate the refund. However I want to clarify the facts. There was a special for ordering 3 jars for $119.95 and receiving 2 jars free. After I made my order the receipt came back showing they charged me the full price for 5 jars. Once I was able to connect to customer service ( this took me 4 tries and a couple of hours because after being on hold for 30 minutes I would be disconnected), I told them I wanted the price that was in the ad or cancel my order. They said they couldn't cancel because it already was at the warehouse. Then it took a while of negotiating because they would offer me 10% off, then 20%,, etc. until he cleared it with his supervisor to give me the sale price. I did get my initial price and they refunded the $80 dollars, and I appreciate them refunding the rest. I would be aware when ordering from them , since there are other similar comments on here. Thx!

Refusal of refund
I will take the blame for not contacting them within the 30 day limit. It was less than a week after that. I checked with my Transplant coordinator and was told they do not recommend using CBD oil as it interferes with transplant medications.

I hadn't yet used any of the product, then I realized I should check with my transplant team, and got their response not to use the product on June 26, 2019.
The company shipped me another bottle on June 21, 2019, even though I thought I had unchecked the auto-shipment box on my original order.

I called their customer service on June 28, 2019. After a 42 minute phone conversation, all they would do for me was give me a refund for the last bottle received less a restock fee. The bottles do not have any expiration date on them. Even though they were only in my possession for a month they said they could not accept them as a return. I even offered to return the unopened products at 50 percent of the cost. I am going to return the one bottle to at least get refunded for that. After explaining to them that they could be detremental to my health, they didn't care nor would they make an exception in my case. They kept telling me to give them to family or friends.

I really just want to return the 5 bottles, to just get a 50 percent credit.

Ms. called customer care on 6/28/19 to request the subscription be cancelled and requesting to return all of the products. The return policy is clearly stated on the website and listed in the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase. Ms. was informed of the return policy and was offered assistance with the products still within the 30 day return window. We apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred. We have refunded Ms. on 7/23/19 in the amounts of $199.00 and $64.81 for a total of $263.81. If Ms. has not yet returned the items they are hers to keep. They have issued the credit of $64.81 to my credit card. However I have not yet received the credit of $199.00. I did receive emails regarding both refunds, but only one has been processed. I have replied to their email regarding the $199.00 refund, and have not received a response yet.

I ordered one bottle of cbd oil in May and got 5. They said it was buy 3 get 2 free but I only ordered one bottle. I got charged $199.00 this. One month later in June, I am charged $64.81 for one bottle of cbd oil (that hasn't worked for us). I did not order this last bottle. I have contacted the company and cancelled all future orders They said I had signed up for monthly automatic shipments of the cbd oil. To my knowledge,I did not do this. I am trying to return it and get a refund but I have little hope it will work. Be careful. I will NOT buy from them again.

On 5/22/19 *** placed an order for our 5 bottle CBD Oil Tincture package for $199.00. She also opted into receiving the tincture monthly for $64.81 during the checkout process. Customers select a checkbox to continue receiving the product monthly and can cancel anytime by contacting customer care. On 6/21/19 Ms. was billed and shipped out her first monthly renewal for $64.81. On 6/25/19 Ms. emailed in a request to cancel the monthly renewal and to receive a refund. At that time her monthly renewal was cancelled and we sent an email to confirm for her records. We also attempted to reach her by phone and left detailed voicemails requesting a call back. On 7/23/19 we issued a refund of $64.81 to Ms. for her most recent supply. If She has not yet returned the item it is hers to keep. No refund for CBD oil not ordered is available. Only the subscription, which I never authorized, will be cancelled.
I ordered CBD Oil from this company as a result of an advertisement that gave the perception of a special offer of getting 5 bottles for the price of two. I thought I was paying $39/bottle. The total wasn't shown until the order was processed and was $199. I evidently MISREAD the "fine print". For the next two months I received another bottle. I never agreed to a subscription. I have sent countless emails, with no response. It wasn't until today's delivery that I was able to see an 800 number on my bank statement. The Representative was rather rude and continually talked over me. He could and said he cancelled the subscription, but they do not refund and money.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of $121 from the original order, as I only wanted two bottles and a refund of $129.62 for the two bottles they sent as part of their "subscription" ($64.81 each) I will gladly return the product as it is not what it should be. It is quite inferior, actually.

On 6/21/19 *** called into customer care on behalf of *** to inquire about the charges and requested cancellation of the monthly renewal. ***'s monthly renewal was cancelled and and email was sent to him to confirm for his records. We issued a refund on 7/24/19 in the amount of $64.81 for 6/17/19 monthly renewal of the oil tincture. The *** family is welcome to keep this item as a gift if they have not yet returned it. After my initial purchase, during which I specifically told them I did NOT want a subscription, I yesterday received another product. I called them and demanded an immediate refund, and for them to delete my credit card information from their system. They claimed it was a "system error". I don't believe them. Their products are not what they say they are.

THIS COMPANY WAS FRAUDULENT ALL THE WAY AROUND .... THEY PROVIDED NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY WERE CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD BEFORE IT WAS GIVEN TO THEM ONLINE . VERY LITTLE YOU CAN DO ABOUT THAT ONCE THEY HAVE THE NUMBER . IF YOU VALUE YOUR CREDIT , YOU ARE AT THEIR MERCY .

Cachet claim their Cbd oil would relieve some of the pain in my legs ,after 2 weeks it did not so I call the office in Odessa Fl. and ask for a refund and the operator gave me where to ship it back to,it shiped on the 22nd of May it was received 29 May at the post office in fla. I did every thing they ask me to do I paid for the shipping sent it to the address they ask for and they refuse to acknowledge receipt of package. I've call them at least 10 times and operators just pass you around to other operators,my 30 day return date is coming up on 10 June 2019.

On 5/11/19 Mr. ordered 5 bottles of CBD Oil online at the purchase price of $199.00. On 5/21/19 Mr. call customer care requesting a full refund as the product did not work well for him. He was instructed on how to send product back to receive a refund minus restocking fee of $7.50 per item, and was given a return merchandise authorization number. Mr. then called back to customer care on 5/22/19 with tracking number. Mr. was advised that he will receive his refund upon receipt of returned products. On 6/18/19 a refund of $199.00 was processed back to his account. We spoke with Mr. regarding his refund, and he stated he had received the funds to his account. Cachet Oil did call me and stated that I would get my refund but, I never said that I received any refund , I was told it will be 7 - 10 business days to receive my refund . As they have done through the whole refund process the truth is something that Cachet Oil can't master. I ask if refund is going to my American Express card and they said it would. I check everyday day and when its posted I'll let you know. I'm not trying to get any extra just whats old me.. thank You for the help

I ordered only one jar of this product but 2 weeks later I received a second one at full price which I had not ordered. They said it was a system error. I said I wanted to return both unopened items. they said they could refund me the cost of the second one due to the system error but could do nothing about the first one b c my reason wasn't good enough to allow a refund. I said I no longer wanted the product. I currently am on hold 20 minutes and counting waiting to speak to a supervisor.

On 5/15/19 Ms. ordered 1 bottle of CBD Topical cream online at the purchase price of $77.94 and opted into receiving the product monthly. On 5/28/19 Ms. was sent an additional bottle of CBD Topical Cream and charged $64.81. Ms. contacted customer care on 6/3/19 to inquire about the additional charge. Our customer care team refunded Ms. $64.81. On 6/18/19 we reached out to Ms. and left a detailed voicemail that her account was closed and the remaining $77.94 was refunded.

Mrs. did not voluntarily opt into the monthly plan. That information was so cleverly hidden in the ordering process that it is evidently impossible to order one item only. When I called to say I only wanted the one item they said nothing about a monthly plan. Instead they said it was a "system error". From reading other reviews from people with the same experience, this is clearly their business model.

Company website accepted my order for one product and then upgraded to a more expensive product without my approval. Further, they entered my order as a Subscription, which I did not order. Their product is low quality.

Billing Adjustment They must immediately cancel my subscription. Once they receive the bottles I have returned to them, they must refund the money I paid for the unused product.

I did not order this but it arrived in the mail after I looked at it online. I did not give them my credit card number but I do have an Amazon Prime account which I believe was accessed by this company to pay for this product. Like I said, I decided not to order. Don't know how this happened.

On 4/03/19 *** placed an order online with us for a buy 2 get 1 free promotion on our website which is not associated with Amazon. On 4/8/19 the products were confirmed delivered. Then on 4/9/19 *** contacted customer service and verified all the information on the account. She then stated she never finished placing her order. The customer service representative refunded her order during that call. To date the products have not been received back to our shipping warehouse. *** was automatically sent email notifications to inform her the refund of $149.95 was applied.

To clarify, I definitely did not purchase these products and I was told not to return them. If I wanted to try CBD oil it would be a product I would buy at my local dispensary and it would cost less than this company's offer. So why would I order 3 at a greater cost when I'm pretty sure I'd never use this stuff anyway since I do not trust what is in said product. Who knows???

Cachet CBD advertised "Buy one CBD Pure Hemp oil at price $39.80 each and will get 2 more free. I calculated 3 times $39.80 equal to $101.40 then its website bring me to payment page without showing the total number to pay. I thought that I can spend $101.40 to get 5 bottles, but they charged me $199.00 to my Bank of America account dated Mar. 14, 2019. This is fraud. They use their website with attractive advertising "Buy 3 get 2 free " as my attached picture.
I want them to refund me $97.60. I have contacted them through both Email and Phone calls but they keep asking call them again and again.
I wrote to them due to my old age, I have bad hearing but they never answer me directly to my refund question, the only ask for calling them.
Your kind assistance on this matter will be very much appreciated.

When you initially contacted us on 3/13/19 to stop the order on it had already shipped. We do immediately fulfill and ship all orders to reduce transit time to our customers.
