Per agreement the AC unit is only to cover rooms do you have any documentation stating otherwise?
I am rejecting this response because:
central air conditioning for the house was verbally promised by *** *** and it was also written on the contractI appreciate *** and *** trying to solve this issue yet, *** *** was the person who approved itWith my limited income, I would never had agreed to make a home improvement of more than 50,The only reason I decided to get solar panels with Pure Solar was because a central air conditioning was supposed to come with itLack of communication between Pure Solar staff has led to a big problemWhy does it have to be the customer who pays the consequences? I understand Pure Solar is frustrated with my case however, I will continue to pursue this case because it is not ok for big companies to make promises then change the story and make the customer look a deceiver
Trying to solve this issue for about eight months has been very stressful and overwhelming for me as well as my familyI will not stop at Revdex.com if this case is not resolve
I want to thank *** and *** for their efforts to provide customers' satisfaction
Email sent by [redacted] (Operations Director) on 12/22/16. We had received your certified letter and responded with a certified letter you had reached out to the office on 12/21 and provided your email via text. At this time you owe Pure Solar 750.00 for the air conditioning unit with covers 3...
rooms. Any additional work that you are wanting will be at your cost. In order for us to proceed we will need to receive a check for the amount due, you can send payment to [redacted] made out to Pure Solar in the amount of 750.00. We will also request that you retract your complaint with the Revdex.com and or the CSLB since we have attempted to reach you and have been unsuccessful until now. Once these items have been cleared we will schedule a time for the AC guy to complete work before the end of January. We are also going to request that once the AC is installed you are to sign a release of liability stating that your project has been satisfied.
Initial Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2016/07/12) */
It took me a minute to respond. I had to do some research. The person whom made the complaint had either gave us his information on a card or was given to us by a surveyor. We have a full operational booth at the mall and we received the...
complainants information during our time at the mall. We have checked our records and placed him on the DNC list.
Sunny Regards,
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 23, 2016/07/25) */
The business response says that I may have given them my information at a mall, or to a surveyor. This is untrue. Pure Solar appears to be running an illegal telemarketing computer program that automatically calls different numbers. This is a violation of the Do Not Call List (DNCL). This is a very common unlawful practice among solar companies. The grammar and sentence structure of the person who responded from Pure Solar is poor. In addition, Pure Solar's response was very late in arriving.
