wrong return address wrong return number keep sending product for 3 monthes and charging it to my discover account after I called discover to stop payment they froze my accont and said they couldnt refund my money now I owe discover over 600.00.

Other (requires explanation) discover said they couldnt refund me because they didnt recieve the retured product and they didnt because isent it to the packing return address 2monthes later i got an opened empty package then afew days later i recieved anather package returded returned to sender i did my best to first get hold of them but the # i had said call back during bussiness hours and it was bussiness hours i called 3 times thats when i called discover to stop charges and try to get a refund please help!
