Customer wanted to be a distributor of some of our products.  He waited too long before sending his money.  By the time we received his money we had lost our position to fill quarts at the packager. The packaging vendor required a large deposit to secure time on the fill line.  We...

submitted the deposit when we received our customer's funds.  The packaging vendor has had mechanical issues with his equipment and has not been able to fill our order.  We explained this to our customer.  We have requested our deposit be returned immediately from our packaging vendor so that we can refund our customer.
