Review: This company was brought in by American Home Shield to repair my pool heater about 10 months ago. I decided to hire them for my weekly pool service. They broke my salt water system and when I tried to resolve it, [redacted] got extremely agressive and rude telling me the salt cell was broken and I had to pay $1200 to fix it (they never discussed this with me and basicall started filling my pool up with chlorine without telling me. Now I'm left with not knowing what to do.Then, just this morning, I called as the heater that they fixed was not working properly. I just wanted to ask them what a basic reading meant ('water SP open'), [redacted] would not even let me talk and insisted I call American Home Shield. I told her no, I didn't want to spend $75 on a service call when it could just be a setting and I just wanted to ask a question. She actually shrilled/screamed at me so loud it sounded like a wounded animal and then hung up on me. I read the YELP reviews, and wrote my own, this Company needs to be reported. They are very shady and dishonest....[redacted] is the owners wife (according to her), and should not be dealing with people. I am still in shock at this experience.Desired Settlement: They broke my salt cell and need to replace it.They installed a bad heater unit and won't take responsibility. They need to refund.
