I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
I was not living in Michigan 8-years agoThis is a logistical impossibility that I would have a card that oldI did not receive the card until after I was married, in It was a gift I received when pregnant or after giving birth to my daughter in late March This is consciously disingenuous to assert it was purchased at the timeI have tax documentation to back up my residency

myself and my receptionists have tried to look up her gift card but it is now longer in system which means that the balance has been used in full or it expiredShe has our original hard plastic gift card from our old salon with the old address on it Those gift cards are from our old salon
system that were bought from 2007-I asked her if she had the receipt with the balance on it I could redeem it but without anything and just an old gift card that shows nothing in our system that there was nothing I could doWe only had those types of cards in that year which does have our old address on it and we have been in our new building for 1/years now We even went back in our old system to see if it would come up and it shows nothingWe would have no problem redeeming a gift card if she could show the receipt with the balanceShe claims it was from three years ago but clearly that card is between 8-years agoAs my receptionist was trying to explain this to her she was swearing and threatening her I understand if someone is upset but swearing at someone is not the way to go about things I do not think she realizes how old the gift card is even though I tried to explain that to herWe have an extremely high volume of gift card purchases and never once have had a problemIf she could come up with a receipt with the balance we would have no problem redeeming itI do have a picture of our new Gift cards that we have had for awhile nowIf there is anything else I can help you with please let me know.thanks ,Amy
