Pure Motion Barre

On 9/13/19 using the Mind Body app, I booked a class with Pure Motion *** for Sunday 9/15/19. Ten minutes after booking I realized I had a schedule conflict and would not be able to make it to the class. I canceled the booking. That Monday I noticed I was charged the $45.00 for the class, I contacted the Mind Body App and they put my mind at ease saying that it might take a few days to receive a refund. I waited until 9/19/19 still no refund so I called Pure Motion *** to make sure the charge would be refunded, I got there answering machine and left a detailed message. Two days had passed and I never received a call back. I then emailed the business owner ***. She said no refund was going to be issued to me, and said they had a strict refund policy which should have been shown on their Mind Body advertisement and on their website. I looked everywhere for this policy, on her actual business page and through Mind and Body app. There was NO such policy listed. I wrote to the owner that I could not find the policy and she once again took 3 days to get back to me. *** handled this situation incredibly unprofessionally and made me a potential new client, feel defenseless and unheard.
