I was told I had 90 days before a payment had to be made. It has not been 90 days yet and the finance company is calling asking for a payment and telling me I am past due. I was told I would pay $60 a month for 5 years, not the case according to the finance company. I have been lied to and nobody is returning my phone calls. I have called the main office 423-541-3640, Tim at 423-541-5863, and the service manager at 423-732-4368 several times and I do not get calls back. Regardless, I was told I had 30 days to change my mind. I started to make phone calls on 7/22 to have the system removed and have been getting the run around ever since. The sales rep sold us the water system on 6/25. There is also a breach of contract with the extras I was promised that I have not received.

Free soap - Not true
Put a hole in the side of your house - Was not informed. A service tech did come back out and put clear silicone in the hole. This is not a suitable fix.
Requested a specific place to have the system plugged in - Didn't happen and then was told I could move it and if a longer cord was needed I could make it longer myself
Showed us how bad our water is and how this water purification system works wonders and then tell you what you want to hear so you will buy it - Yes, this happened
I will not sit back and just accept the situation. This needs to be fully resolved.
A week or so later a man shows up to install the system. He was nice enough but left a mess in my laundry room. Not overly professional. Then we waited for this bounty of cleaning supplies to arrive. We are still waiting.
After numerous attempts to call and find out when this mythical person would come and inspect our unit and get out choices for our supplies we gave up. Having scheduled with him several times only for him to pull a no show, we called, left messages, nothing. Finally we gave up.
We are currently trying to get this taken out of our home. That is IF we can find someone to do it.
Take my advice. STEER CLEAR THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Can't contact anyone, no difference with the product, and honestly a scam!
It all started when I received something in the mail stating that a delivery company came by to deliver something, but no one was home to accept. I called the company and they said that they were giving away free laundry soap, and all that is needed is for someone to come out and test our water, and then we can get the soap. No problem. Got that scheduled. The gentleman came out and did a large demonstration on our water quality through our kitchen sink. We liked the product that he was selling and the system we signed up for came with the system that purifies all of the water throughout the house, a free 5 year supply of soap products, a coupon book, and air purifiers for the house. Cool right?!
Well, we filled out some paperwork and knew that we would have to make payments for this product. No problem.
A few days later, another gentleman came out and wanted to make sure the technician installed everything correctly and get our soap order together. We did that.
Then here is where the problems start. We waited and waited for our other "perks" to arrive. Nothing showed and we kept calling and calling and leaving voicemail after voicemail for this company. Someone finally called back. We told the guy that we wanted all of this gone and want nothing to do with it. He fought us and basically got us to compromise with lowering our bill a little and "promising" to get our perks to us and add in a couple purifiers. The soap finally came a couple of months later. Then the purifiers came months after that. Mind you, this whole time, getting a hold of someone was impossible and the "perks" were worthless. The soaps suck, they broke my wife out when they said that it wouldn't. The air purifiers are total jokes. Just horrible. We have pretty much just coughed it up and said whatever.
Well, now we are at another point to where we are having to try to get a hold of this company again, sadly. We are having to move out of state and do not want to bring this system with us. My wife was able to get a hold of someone and explained the situation to them. They said it was no problem to come and remove the station, but kept pushing us to take it with us when we move. NO! We explained many times that we don't want to take it. WE DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS WORTHLESS COMPANY!!! Here is the kicker, the guy that said he was going to have someone out to remove it, is no longer able to be reached. Now, it is time to pay the bill and we explained to *** (the company the loan is through) that we aren't paying this as we have been trying to get this removed. Their response, "Well even if they come remove it, you still have to pay the loan. It's like when you buy a car that you're financing and you sell it, you are responsible for the loan still." No ma'am we are not because when you turn that car back in, you aren't responsible for the loan anymore. Well, the woman understood my complaints and said she is going to try and conference me in with the company and we can get this figured out. Well, 6 hours later, after she tried 5 times to reach them, SHE WASN'T ABLE TO GET THEM EITHER! The company that handles their loans aren't able to reach them either!?!?! What a joke!
This company is the most worthless thing on earth. It is a huge scam and it doesn't help the water quality at all! You can't get a hold of anyone and when you do, they don't want to help you. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
I want this product removed and my name off of this loan with . No need for a refund as we have used the product and paid for it, but now, it needs to be gone and my name removed from this loan. I am not paying for something I do not have! I would also like someone to contact me as *** nor myself are able to get a hold of anyone.
The customer was handled properly and they were seeking to possibly moving system.
Verbally told by two different people about return policy of 30 days. Also asked about paperwork in relation to chance of being dissatisfied and was assured I had a certain time frame. Within time frame I am being harassed repeatedly by home visits and phone calls. I was initially told if I didn't like the system in 30 days that I was saying I like having dirty water and they would come take it out

Desired Settlement: Refund I would like them to uninstall the system and not hold me liable for their lack of employee training and false advertisement
Items were resolved with customer and corrected communication accordingly. We performed a follow up with customer on 11-14-2019 and the system was working beneficially for the customer. They noticed difference with skin, hair and water taste better. The company looks forward to servicing all water needs in the future.
