I am rejecting this response because:1) they have no proof that it was user damageIt us my word against theirsIt was not user damage at allThis is them trying to recover their loses for shipping a faulty machine in the first place. 2) I did respond and said that I did not consider the matter closed and that I wasn't paying the extra money to get my machine back. 3) I cannot believe that my 'machine is not available' nowHow dare they get rid of my property. I will be instructing a lawyer to take this matter to court.

To Who it May Concern,There has been a repeated request for the first machine to be returnedWe cannot send the original machine as it was user damagedSince we last corresponded with Ms*** over days have elapsed and the machine is now no longer available. Proof of user damage photos attachedWe the manufacturer can identify user damage versus 'other' damageMs*** owes no money and an equivalent and warranted replacement machine has been providedManufacturer has discretion to repair or replace as appropriate.We have and continue to try to work with Ms***.Regards,PURE Juicer
To Who It May Concern,We have done our best to work with the customer but none of the resolutions offered have been accepted, see attached customer service file communication file.1. The customer was provided a free replacement and then returned back the original to our service center....
Upon receipt, machine showed $470 in user damage. 2. Customer has never responded to this or acknowledged damaging the machine.3. We have offered to to warranty work at no cost to address the warranty issue claim but the offer has never been responded to, see below: "To move forward with the original machine please clear this invoice. If not, I suggest we focus on the replacement machine you are currently using; this machine is fully warranted and we of course will service it so that it performs as you have come to expect. Once the issues are confirmed with a video, we will make the needed arrangements to have the juicer picked up and delivered for service. Normally, when there is an outstanding balance I would ask the customer to pay the courier charges ". In this instance I will offer to as a one-time exception.4. The original machine is no longer available as it has been 2 months since we last communicated.5. To date we have had no response to this offer.Thank you for your time and consideration,David
