Dear Revdex.com,We have researched this complaint and our records show that when the customer placed this order, she agreed to the terms and conditions listed on our website Our terms and conditions clearly state that, if the customer is not satisfied with the product, he/she must call to cancel their subscription before the 14-day trial period expires If the customer does not cancel within the trial period, then he/she will be charged for a 30-day supply of the product at the end of the trial period Unfortunately, whether the customer thoroughly reads and understands the terms to which he/she is agreeing, is beyond our control.However, as a show of our will to provide excellent customer service, we have gone ahead and refunded the customer for the full purchase price of the product, $89.97, on 2/22/ Within to business days, the customer should receive a credit back to the card that she used for her original purchase.We will now consider this matter closed, but please let us know if there are any questions or concerns.Sincerely,Pure Garcinia Cambogia Customer Service

The terms to which the customer agreed clearly state that there is a 14-day trial period, which begins on the day the order is placed. On the day the order is placed, the customer agrees to pay a $4.95 nonrefundable shipping & handling charge. If the customer does not wish to continue to use the product, they are instructed to call the customer service number to cancel the trial and stop any future billing or shipments. Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for notifying us regarding this complaint. Our records show that a trial order was placed online for Pure Garcinia Cambogia on 01/06/2017. As part of the trial order, the customer must first agree to our terms and conditions, which are clearly listed on our
website, in order to proceed with the order. These terms state that the customer will be charged only $to cover the shipping and handling, but then will be charged the full price of the product at the end of the trial unless the order is canceled before the trial period ends. We show no record of the customer contacting us until 01/23/2017 (after the trial period ended), so his account was charged accordingly. After researching the customer’s account, we did see that the shipment took longer than usual to reach the customer, due to a delay at the fulfillment house. We have confirmation from the ** *** *** that the product was successfully delivered in/at the customer’s mailbox on 01/13/2017, which would have given the customer about a week to try the product, but it should have been delivered sooner. We apologize that the customer did not receive his trial order in a timely manner. Due to the shipping delay, the customer will be receiving a full refund on all charges, in the amount of $on the card used to pay for the original order. I had ordered a TRIAL SIZE garcinia cambodia that very same day they debited my account times , times with ABSOLUTELY NO AUTHORIZATION they charged me with a trial size coffee and a dollar day coffee I did not want or need.I was unaware of this order never ordered it I do not even drink coffeeWhen I called customer service I was told they gave me the refund and my bank was holding my funds! I called my bank and was told this was not true they and myself were looking at my statement when they said they credited my account on Dec 14th there was no creditI asked to speak to a manager and they insisted there was not one available I called at least times and recieved the same answerYes this is a scam they were not very nice on the phone and offered no help or refunds

I am rejecting this response because: I was never made aware of a "trial date"....it was posted as a FREE trial with S/H charges the only monies due! It was due to no fault of my own that they went ahead and charged me for the tablets! This incurred a charge of $to my checking account..since I did not sign or agree to any "trial of days", I feel I should be reimbursed for the overdraft charges to my checking account!

Hello.No, that is not our company.  We did an online search of the phone number you provided in your response, and it pulled up a product called "Pure Garcinia Elite."
