Hi [redacted], I found the refund for your 20% for EXPO on march 23 thru Pay Pal of $62.40 and I have send you a check on 5/25/16 for the balance owed  it has been to long for Pay Pal to refund it .thank you and I'm personal sorry for the problem

stated: She booked on March 7 or 9 through website, she didn't use her coupon from Harrisburg Expo. She arrived when I was not here and she called me and I told her I'd be there in 30-40 minutes. I advised her what camper was hers, the one right behind my office. There was 2 of them there. If she looked at her order she would have seen the name of the camper,"American Camper" is right on it. But that was not a big deal that she was a in the wrong camper. I was dealing with my horse and then I said where is the girl for the camper? They said she left. I said she was in wrong camper. The consumer came with a different party than was originally registered, it was her husband originally, and she brought [redacted] with her. According to my insurance company I have to register every person who stays here. I will give her a full refund, but she needs to contact me directly and stop posting things on [redacted]'s internet. I never actually met the consumer to discuss the issue as she was gone before I arrived. I already contacted Harrisburg Expo and fixed the issue. My attorney has the check, but the consumer has to contact me. She booked too early and I cannot refund her thru PayPal when it is more than 60 days, a check must be written. By the way, the Board of Health inspector was here last Wednesday, as he is every month, and we passed our inspection as usual.
