PURE CAR BUYING

My husband and I purchased a car from Pure Car Buying 9/and by it being as is we purchased a Protection Warranty for $that was supposed to be through [redacted] Warranty Corp also the Gap Insurance for $In December [redacted] Warranty sent a letter that I had no coverage so I called Adam M [redacted] at Pure Car Buying and advised him of the letter which he stated that he would take care of the matterIn January I called [redacted] Warranty and I was told they had not heard anything from Pure Car Buying and it was too late to get a warranty so I called back to Pure Car Buying and was told again by MrAdam M [redacted] that he would get me another warranty with another company as of 3/I have not heard back from him or anyone else at Pure Car Buying

A vehicle was purchased on November from Pure Car Buying To date (1/23/2018), we have not been able to register and title this vehicle in Maryland We finally receive paperwork on this vehicle dated 01/12/2018, within the paperwork was a scan/copy of the Lien Release Maryland MVA only accepts original documents I have been calling (ADAM) the dealership since 1/16/to obtain the original document I have received nothing but constant run-around and no return calls
We have also asked for a second key to the vehicle in which they said they would contact the previous owner to see if they possess it The vehicle was advertised as having navigation but when we went to test drive it, it was not working We were told that they would either have it fixed, purchase a new one or come up with some sort of fair trade To date we have obtained nothing
