Ms. [redacted] had an appointment with Pure Body Spa on May 3, 2016 at 11:00am. She failed to contact us to let us know she wouldn't make her appointment, until two days past her appointment after we had contacted her. We provide our clients with 48 hour and 24 hour emails and text reminders of their...
appointment date and time. We also make in very clear with our clients of our 24 hour cancellation policy. Please review information showing what our clients receive. I also stated to Ms. [redacted], in consideration of her situation, we'd allow her to have as a credit for what she paid to Groupon, however, her coupon would no longer be valid...to be fair to all, she declined.Sincerely,[redacted]
