I was given a "gift" by Amazon and this company gave me no information, no signup data and allege that I knew. I have all emails pertaining to the products. I want $200 that they did not tell me would be charged returned to me. A charge for $118.88 and $85.00 on July 5th that I DID NOT APPROVE and they will not refund it.

They took $118.88 also $85 Out of my account for a product that I had called and canceled within the 14 day trial period. They offered $65 back only.
I called and canceled my subscription on January 6, And was told I no longer Would receive any charges. February 7 they took out of my account $118.88 saying it was a one time purchase. Again on February 10 they took out another $85., it was a one time purchase. I talk to them today February 14, at first they denied these charges and then finally they admitted to the charges and said they could only give me back $65 total. I am filing a dispute on these charges with my bank. I hope that y'all can stop these people from robbing others. I m on disability retirement and would like to get my money back the full amount.

325-5032, it advertises a keto-burn product, I was charged for, but never ordered, 30 day supply for $118.88, also do
not have the address of the viaxxl product that I did originally order, but returned the unopened mailing pkg yesterday,
apparently after finally discussing this with a rep from them about 40 minutes ago, they are related, yesterday a rep for
the original product agreed to refund me %35 of the total charges of $85 and whatever they added for another $118.88
that I did not agree to in a trial, with no disclosure of further charges, I would like this investigated and would like a full
refund, I am willing to pay the s&h, but not the %65 I am being charged for an unopened, unused product, my total
charges to this co. even after their so called rebate is me in the negative $132.53, im not too happy about that, I don't
believe the web ad that I responded to was very clear about charging anything until I got back to them with my
