acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto-ship program by marking the Terms and Conditions checkboxes.According to our records, our customer ordered our Forskolin on 01/08/2018 and according to our trial terms and conditions, paid the shipping and handling fee of $5.95. Those terms and conditions also go on to explain that they will be charged the full.price for the shipments after the trial expires. They are free to call in and cancel the trial any time they like, within its duration.Customer contacted our Customer Service on 01/11/2018 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. Our Customer Service informed the customer that they will need to return the product at their own expense and would be responsible for the restocking of the product. However we feel for our customer's concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a refund of $5.95 for the shipping and handling fee as well as waive the restocking fee as a way to apologize to our customer any misunderstanding when placing the order.
