Pure 1 Slim Forskolin

This company refuses to refund $89.50 to me. I ordered their product on a trail basis and cancelled any further shipments before my 15 days were up. When I received my next credit card statement I had been charged for more of their products. I called them on Dec 20th and requested a refund because I had cancelled any further shipments. I received an email from them stating that my credit card would be credited. I received credit for 1 product but not for the Forskolin from Pureoneslim. I have called several times and have been told a different story each time. Today I was told that I would not be getting a refund.

I ordered from this company Dec 2. My receipt states it's a 15 & 17 day trial. I've called them numerous times. The first was Dec 8, I was told I could not cancel until the 17th, they claim there's no record of that. Called back the 17th-got no answer(3 times). Called the 18th-no answer(1st call) 2nd call, from what I could understand, got told I didn't cancel within the 14 day trial period? Every time I’ve called them I can hardly understand the person. When I asked for a supervisor, I’m told there isn't any available (I think). I got my credit card company involved and they couldn't help because I didn't cancel in the 14 days (again with the 14 days). Shining skin now sent some exhibits from their website to my credit card company. I DID NOT use their website, I used Pure 1 slim website, and I did print a receipt. I feel they are misrepresenting themselves and being dishonest. They charged me on the 13th day, which was 2 days earlier then they claimed they would. I am unsatisfied with the products and would like a refund of the bogus charge.

I was making an order last evening for a face creme which I later cancelled and this company also sent me a cancellation. I never knowingly ordered their product, they must have attached itself to my order. Scary!

I ordered a free trial of pure 1 Slim. The terms and agreement said if I cancel within 15 days of the order date I would not be charged or signed up for their monthly shipments. I decided that I didn't want the product and emailed them to cancel it. They emailed me back that I needed to call them or it wouldn't be canceled. I called them and they told me that I needed to send the product back when I got it and would be charged a $9.95 restocking fee plus postage to mail it back. Or I can keep the product for 1 month and than cancel and be billed the $85.99. Product takes 2 weeks to get to you but you only have 10 days to cancel because if you cancel after 10 days you are charged for the 1st month .
