To whom it may concern I am answering this complaint from Mrs *** to say she is right, we agree to do her windows on her home then we had several issues that came up on my part I had do take care of one being licenses issues with DPOR we done work for a friend who did not
want a contract so when we got started it was a different call they could not be please, so they complain with DPOR So it has been a night mare since, also the other issues like my health my mother passing is all true I told Mrs *** that she seen to understand, I am sorry to her to let her down I did what I though was rightSo with that been said I am closing my business due to all the issues I got to face, turning this over to my attorneys whom will be in touch with all my customers to let them know what to expectIt is my attention to work with all my customers to see they get there deposits return at some pointThis has cause me to suffer as well, finanical & health issues to DPOR has made it so I can,t do any work!!!! Thank You

Review: Paid in full for windows to be installed at my home. They were not installed and every time I contacted Mr. Purdy I got an excuse: I am sick, factory is behind on making the windows, my mom is sick. I kept believing his excuses until I got a call from [redacted] with the State of Virginia Regulatory Programs and Compliance, he informed me that his license had been revoked.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded.
