The PM 2.5 filter gives more filtering and protection than an ordinary cotton mask. It generously covers the face & nose while the adjustable nose piece and ear strap makes the fit snug. Very reasonably priced considering the important filter! Great customer service!

My original order was shipped via *** On 5/1/2020 *** notified me that they had turned the package over to *** for delivery. The *** says *** still has the package. I notified the seller and they said they would ship a replacement order. They then provided me with the same exact tracking number as the lost shipment. I notified them of this fact, and I have yet to hear back from them.

I order 2 masks plus extra filters, order number pm ***, and have not yet received confirmation. It makes me wonder if I just got scammed.

I want to update my earlier review of PurakaMasks. My original post has zero stars, I tried to change it but could not. So, I have received my original masks order and love them, I feel more comfortable being in this uncertain world, knowing that I have 5 layers of protection covering my mouth and nose (there is a nose clip sewn in, nice touch). My wife and I can walk without fogged up glasses. We love them and have ordered a second pair for us, as well for our son his wife and child. Puraka did a good job fulfilling my order. Even though I didn't expect the filters to be separate from the mask, they explained the reason for using disposable pm2.5 filters, which made sense. I appreciated the personal time and attention.
