This letter is a response to the complaint ID listed above, I would like to let you know that I received your letter dated on June 7" and June 10" but not a letter from May 4"I was reading the clients claim made, I am going to have to check the records from the merchant machineI already contacted the merchant, but it is going to be difficult to find the card that was used in the records because I don't know the card numberThat is one of the reasons that I find it hard to believe that the client could have been charged twiceDue to the fact that In order to charge the client the card would have to be present in order to swipe it, using the merchant machineI am not sure when but a while back, our merchant machine was upgraded to a newer one that accepted cards with a chlpWe then began having problems with our merchant machineThe problem was that when the cards were swiped the transaction would go through but the client wouldn't be charged until a few weeks laterThe problem was fixed once we knew what was occurringI will check my records to know the exact dates of when that occurred because I am not exactly sure when that happened.Once I receive the reports I will send them to you

you know that I received your letter dated on June 7" and June 10" but not a letter from May 4". I was reading the clients claim made, I am going to have to check the records from the merchant machine. I already contacted the merchant, but it is going to be difficult to find the card that was used in the records because I don't know the card number. That is one of the reasons that I find it hard to believe that the client could have been charged twice. Due to the fact that In order to charge the client the card would have to be present in order to swipe it, using the merchant machine. I am not sure when but a while back, our merchant machine was upgraded to a newer one that accepted cards with a chlp. We then began having problems with our merchant machine. The problem was that when the cards were swiped the transaction would go through but the client wouldn't be charged until a few weeks later. The problem was fixed once we knew what was occurring. I will check my records to know the exact dates of when that occurred because I am not exactly sure when that happened.
Once I receive the reports I will send them to you.
