To this Karen ! Put a deposit on a beautiful s h I h t z u pup when she was 3 days old . She was a new puppy buyer so I walked her threw owning a pup and sent her weekly videos and pics of her puppy growing . She visited my beautiful home . No kennels here . And was highly impressed ! Puppy mill my butt Karen ! Lol. Long story short she had the puppy overnight and couldn’t deal with the crying . I told her to bring puppy back . I kept puppy and told her to adopt a hamster

Review: Bought a puppy with this local breeder in [redacted], PA. This breeder accepts cash only does not report it to the IRS. I purchased the pup in April and had the pup for a total of 14hrs. I returned the pup back to the breeder. She stated there would be a $200.00 deposit that was non-refundable which, I was Ok with; however, we came to a written agreement in which, if she placed the pup in another home, she would refund my money back. She did place the pup in a home and was not receiving any payment from the buyer and the pup was returned. I can not control that agreement; however, our written agreement was I would receive a refund if she placed the pup which she did. This is a very bad business practice. The issue of not paying taxes on her business as she does have a license to sell the pups and also has a kennel license as well. It was reported that her business is a puppy mill as well. I would agree that her business is a puppy mill and she does not have a good business ethic.Desired Settlement: I would greatly appreciate a refund from her. The cost of the pup was $950.00 which I paid her cash under the table minus the $200.00 which then brings my refund that I shouldreceive to $750.00.
