Hello,I have read the complaint made by a customer on January 11, and am very sorry that the customer had gone through such a disappointing experience with our businessWe are a startup company and we work to complete orders daily while working tirelessly to avoid any kind of mishapsUnfortunately, when we began advertising in December, we quickly became overwhelmed with orders as it was nearing ChristmasWhile we were working on incoming orders, we were also still adding staff to the company to assist during the holidays as well as trying to find ways to stay organized, which was better accomplished at the beginning of JanuaryOnce we realized we were not going to be able to ship orders on time, we had our customer service team email our customers notifying them that we would continue to work on their orders, but it wouldn't be completed until after ChristmasWe tried our very best to deliver on all of our promises, unfortunately, some customers did cancel their orders, but we still planned on completing the orders that were paid forI am unsure as to how their order was cancelled without the permission of a customer, but it seems that is what occurred with order and once it was cancelled we ceased any work on completing that order as it was refundedThe company has developed a much better system of keeping track of orders and ensuring that the client gets everything requested in their orderWe did have a rocky start to the business of Puppy Socks, but I believe we have accomplished a better system in both communicating to our associates to let us know if there will be a delay in printing or shipping and staying organized about each individual order that comes through.As of now we are all caught up and would be happy to send this customer a free pair of socks for the mishap and have reached outWe are in the business of bringing joy to our customers and have continued doing so this yearOur sincerest apologies again for the mishap.Sincerely, [redacted] Puppy Socks Manager

While we were working on incoming orders, we were also still adding staff to the company to assist during the holidays as well as trying to find ways to stay organized, which was better accomplished at the beginning of January.
