In response to the...
customer complaint in the above mentioned case number, our business
policy is to ask for/charge a $20.00 fee if we put a vehicle up on the hoist. We also make it
clear to the customer that we apply the $20.00 fee to the bill as a credit if and when they return
for the repairs.
We feel this is a fair and reasonable fee for both the customer and our business.

He should have said there was a fee before he put it on hoist ? he gave the quote no mention of the 20.00 off.[redacted] He did not put this on the quote I asked for.
