Review: I ordered a $31 necklace from this company June 26th. I finally received the item July 14th and the clasp was missing from one side of the necklace. I emailed the company that day, as they do not provide a contact number on their website. I didn't hear back so I emailed them again on July 20th. I still haven't heard from them. I visited there Facebook website and noticed other people have had the same complaints. I took a picture of the defective necklace and have saved the emails I sent themDesired Settlement: I would prefer a refund or product exchanged.
