Review: I ordered a puppy collar and leash on October 20, 2014. I was later billed for the merchandise in the amount of $22.13. I emailed the business in November to inquire about the whereabouts of the merchandise and to tell them I was billed for merchandise I never received. I received no reply. I emailed them again in December and received no reply. I received an email on December 19, 2014 that said my payment had been updated and my order was in progress. Still no merchandise. When I placed the order in October, the website explained that the order could take 3-5 weeks. It has been four months and still no merchandise or credit for merchandise I never received.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $22.13.

Review: I ordered three collars and two leashes in October 2014. It is now February 2015 and I have not received my merchandise. I have emailed Jacque at her business address with no resolution. In January she said she was behind in her orders. She made it appear that she had mailed the merchandise, but the USPS shows no mailing. I want my merchandise or a refund of my purchase. I asked that she call me to explain which she did not do. I have been a customer for six years.Desired Settlement: Send me the merchandise or give me a refund, if she charged my card.
