[redacted]'s son [redacted] drives this 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. I told Mike the day they purchased the truck that the engine would die when fuel indicator showed under 1/4 tank of fuel. ...

[redacted] said "Don't worry about that, the truck will never be under 1/2 tank of fuel."
I talked to [redacted] on 4-21-15, he said that he had taken the truck to a Dodge dealership and they told him that there wasn't anything wrong with the truck. He was not satisfied with that answer and was going to take the truck to another dealership. I reminded him of our conversation about the low fuel level. He said "Oh yes, I do remember something about that."
I talked to [redacted] again on 04-30-15. He had taken the truck to another mechanic and was told nothing wrong with the truck, keep fuel in it!
I told [redacted] that we would drop the fuel tank and address this problem at his convenience. [redacted] will call and make an appointment at a later date.
