Dear [redacted] ,First of all my apologies for the delay of this letter not being delivered on time.We have record of this April 20, at 9:24amItem was shipped out next day via USPSTracking Number: [redacted] .Unfortunately in the week before we have just installed the Facebook chat software into our site but it took us weeks to realize that we have had messages going to our [redacted] business page insteadWe have contacted the customer and requested to send the item back and we still have not received package back.We proceed to issue a full refund regardless, till today we still yet to get a return tracking number or a package from the customer.Along with this letter is proof that this transaction has been refundedWe have removed as much financial info as possible for privacy reason.Sincerely Bruno P
