Pumps and Dumps

We were given this car as part of an insurance claim after a collision We needed to return the car on a Sunday, as we were leaving for a week-long trip the next morning The office is closed Sundays, there is no drop box, and the "emergency line" operator could offer no solutions, and there appears to be no central office phone number to contact someone else We were NOT informed of this at the time of rental The only option? Keep the car for another week and pay for it to sit in our driveway Unbelievable!

I had a very bad experience with this companyOnce I returned my vehicle I had the inspection done and the paperwork completedThen I got a phone call later stating they notices some scratches after they washed the carNote - the car was returned clean and an inspection was done and there was no scratches when the vehicle was returned and that was confirmed during the inspection which was done when I returned the vehicleI refused to pay anything as there were no scratches when the vehicle was returned however they just went ahead and charged my credit cardI called my credit card company and got the charges reversed after I told them about what had transpired Later I found out it was sent to collections, I just ended up paying the over $to have that clearedDo some homework and you will find many have had similar experiences with them

Great service! Delivered a car to my home at 11pm. Gave me wheels to get around when I needed them, even though my insurance company was closed. They even gave me a free upgrade!
