On Wednesday 3/12/our septic system backed up in to the house I went on line to check for a company Pumpco was advertising a price of $to pump a tank We made an appointment and they came out the same day Once the tank was open the employee told us that the check valve was damaged and would have to be replaced and also the baffles were damaged and would need to be replaced Along with that he said all our lines needed to be cleaned The cost of these repairs was $ I asked him to go ahead and pump out the tank and he said he couldn't that due to a State Law, the tank could not be pumped until the repairs were completed He also, did not give us anything in writing My son-in-law talked with a friend who worked in the business and he said he had never heard of any law that said you could not pump a tank My son-in-law recommended a second company and we called them They came on on 3/13/and checked the tank The only problem they could find was that the tank was full They also indicated that there was no law that said you cannot pump a tank out We had them pump the tank at a cost of $ I am very disappointed with PumpCo and their employees I would never recommended them to anyone, nor would I ever call them again

I had several companies look at my septic system issues. Pumpco Septic being the last in that Steve understood exactly my problem and gave me several solution options. Septic systems aren\'t difficult to understand but installation and repairs can be because of many different situations. Upon arrival Steve already knew what the soil test had revealed before the soil results were known to him. The backyard soil was not good for absorption. The system had to be hard piped to the front. His quote for the job was much more to my budget than the others. Steve and the other Pumpco associates showed up on time and completed the job in a day and a half with no issues. Each job has its unique issues but I would trust Pumpco Septic with all of them. They are knowledgeable and courteous willing to listen to any concerns you may have. I have already recommended Pumpco Septic to several friends and will call them for further service.\r\n
On Wednesday 3/12/15 our septic system backed up in to the house. I went on line to check for a company. Pumpco was advertising a price of $149.00 to pump a tank. We made an appointment and they came out the same day. Once the tank was open the employee told us that the check valve was damaged and would have to be replaced and also the baffles were damaged and would need to be replaced. Along with that he said all our lines needed to be cleaned. The cost of these repairs was $2000.00. I asked him to go ahead and pump out the tank and he said he couldn't that due to a State Law, the tank could not be pumped until the repairs were completed. He also, did not give us anything in writing.
My son-in-law talked with a friend who worked in the business and he said he had never heard of any law that said you could not pump a tank. My son-in-law recommended a second company and we called them. They came on on 3/13/15 and checked the tank. The only problem they could find was that the tank was full. They also indicated that there was no law that said you cannot pump a tank out. We had them pump the tank at a cost of $325.00.
I am very disappointed with PumpCo and their employees. I would never recommended them to anyone, nor would I ever call them again.
Water is backing up in our toilet and shower/tub. Mr. [redacted] came to fix it at a very reasonable price of $175 and explain everything in detail what is causing it. Other company such as Local [redacted] and [redacted] Loganville gave us a quote of $2,000 on top of cleaning the main sewer that they already charge us for $325.
