Pump Warehouse

Review: Pump Warehouse has continually ignored written request to resolve many issues and provide a refund in full. When I finally recieved my product, after a series or lies and being ignored, it was the wrong product. I specifically ordered a product pictured and listed online, read my specifications to the man ([redacted], I believe) who took my order, varified that it was a two speed spa motor, but when I finally recieved the motor it was incorrect. The company has lied to me about products they could provide, when they could provide them, and now ignores my request for a refund.

I believe the entire purchasing process to be in the category of deceptive practices. The prices are different than online, the products are different than what I ordered, multiple lies I was told during the shipping process, written request being ignored repeatedly etc.Desired Settlement: I want to return the wrong product and get a refund in full, but I am worried this comoany will continue to scam me out of money. I want my payment back, in full and to be done working with this company.

Review: I have purchased a product from pumpwarehouse and have not recieved the product. Representatives from the company have ignored my repeated request for information regarding an expected delivery date for my product. Delivery of the product, lack of communication and charging more for the product that we had established at the time of purchase are all reasons for my complaint. To date I have been charged for the product, have not recieved the product, and can not get someone from the store to discuss the issue.Desired Settlement: I want my pump/motor or a full refund
