Review: I came to this Auto Shop on Wed Oct, [redacted] 2014. I came in the auto shop for an inspection and to fix the head light. Because of the check engine light that was on, they knew I could not pass regular inspection so they overcharged, $150 for the inspection sticker. Then, they had to work on the headlight which they diagnosed as a bad wire and and a burn out bulb. After repairing the light, I asked to have an oil change. When I cam back from retrieving money to pay for the services, they car mysteriously doesn't start. After working on it for several hours, they claim that the car needs a new computer and that they put a temporary ground to keep the car running but it may burn out the battery over the course of a few days. They claim a new computer will cost $700 to obtain and $250 to install. After 5 days, the car is now dead, and they care claiming the same thing is wrong with the car a bad computer. Prior to coming into their shop, the car only had a headlight issue and a sensor problem. The car was running fine before they touched it.Desired Settlement: I would like cash compensation for whatever damages they made to the car and the cost it would take to repair it.
