Review: We ordered a product a month and a half ago, were billed immediately, and still have not received the product or any indication that our item has been shipped. 2 weeks ago I called the customer service number and nobody responded. I then wrote an email that same day inquiring about the status of my order. I did not receive any contact whatsoever. Last week I tried calling again and again, no answer. I emailed again and no response. The website says that items will be shipped 5-10 business days from the day you order an item. I think they just took our money and have no intention of fulfilling the order.Desired Settlement: I would either like to receive the product we ordered or be refunded our money.

Review: I purchased 2 products on March 30th and was told they would ship within 5-7 business days. It is 1 month later and I have not received shipment. I have emailed customer service and not heard back. I have also tried calling customer service, but no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full. I would just like an update on shipping or to cancel my order.Desired Settlement: I would like shipping update and to receive originalOrder.

Review: On April 30, 2015, I ordered a little over 600.00 in bulletin boards from this company. I have emailed the company twice and called several times. When you call the number the mailbox is always full.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is my money back for a product that was never received.
