Review: On February 21, 2015, I purchased 3 containers of their Monterey Gourmet Foods branded Organic Spinach and Cheese Ravioli from the Costco in Middleton, WI. Per the package instructions, I was supposed to use or freeze by March 27, 2015. I put all three in my fridge. Between then and March 25 I consumed one of the packages. On March 25 I went to put the other two packages in my freezer when I realized that one of the 2 packages was molding on both side of the food. As the products I bought together were also stored in the same fridge, it seemed clear that something must have been wrong with the one package. I froze the healthy package, and placed a call to their help line. The help line claimed that faster service could be gotten by submitting an email request through their website, which I went ahead and did. I did not hear anything back. I then called again on April 13, 14, 21, and June 2, each time attempting to get ahold of a live person. I left messages but never heard back. I also submitted email contract through the website in April again as well, with no response. I want a refund of my purchase price (~$10, I no longer have the receipt) ASAP. Their product was faulty, and could have put my family's health at risk with this food safety issue. Also, they should improve their "contact us" feature as no one is properly following up with these issues.Desired Settlement: Refund of $10.
