process and was deemed eligible. After submitting the charges for the first visit, patient was notified that his insurance will only cover his Internal Medicine visits (and not visits with our specialists), but he decided to continue seeing a specialist in our office in addition to his Internal Medicine visits. PMA has offered the patient 50% off the total outstanding charges and is willing to let the patient use a payment plan. Patient owes $240.00 only in co-pays that is part of his balance and has nothing to do with PMA being in or out of network. Our offer to close the account with a $500.00 payment stands.
