Review: I called Resta Sleep Center here in Redding, can was quoted a $50 consultation fee. When I was done they said it would be $82. I reluctantly paid it, and said, "This is higher than what I quoted." Then I get another bill for $102 more dollars. My EOB said the initial charge was $300, and the discounted rate was down to $182. I severely complained and they would not right it off. They disregarded the fact that I was misquoted so badly. I told them I would have never come in if they originally quoted me $300. This is so unjust for an office to do this. They went on to explain that it's because my deductible is so high. It doesn't negate the fact that I was quoted a wrong price before I even walked through the door to give them my insurance card.Desired Settlement: I want them to right off the $102 charge.

Company states: The information that she is alleging is incorrect. She says that someone in our staff has quoted her that price for 50 dollars however we do not offer anything for 50 dollars. She has a high deductible so she should be aware of the price. However, the Dr. is willing to write off the customer's balance. We practice medicine and we take our practice very seriously.
