I bought my Pullrite 5th wheel hitch years ago that included a year warrantyDuring a recent outing I heard a loud pop sound near the hitchHaving to move the 5th wheel in three days (my spot was reserved by someone else) and then pulling it to Florida, it was crucial my hitch and rig was safe [redacted] , an employee of Pulliam Enterprises asked for pictures and analyzed what was required to fix my hitchOver the course of the next two days, [redacted] sent me the part (no charge except for shipping) required but after further analysis determined my hitch torqued and bent to the degree of unservicabilityIt is important to note, I did NOT lubricate the hitch as required by specific manufacturing guidlines and in NO way was this a defective hitchBecause of negligence on my part, I ruined my hitch [redacted] ofered to replace my hitch with shipping costs only, SHe was forthright, responsive when I called, returned my emails and telephone calls promptlyI will write the President of Pulliam and express my deepest gratitiude and thanks for her outstanding supportNot only will my trip to Florida be less expensive but because of her diligence I now feel safe pulling my 5th wheel milesOUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT (caps on PURPOSE)!
