I bought charms for my mother in law as a Christmas present on 12/21/I paid for day shippingAfterwhich I received two emails frim PugsterOne of which was a email back to my profile where my tracking information would be locatedSince the day I ordered, it still says my order has been submitted and will be shipped soon, even though the website states everything except custom jobs are shipped the next day it hasn't been shipped at all yet I did not order anything to be customizedIt is now 12/26/and they have not answered the customer service line and they have not reponded to what is supposed to be their live chatsI have not recived a tracking number or any other emails in the last business daysI am disappointed and frustrated by the lack of communicationI will not order from them again
