Hello, First of all, thank you for buying our product, we strive to meet customer satisfaction and want apologize for the inconvenience this has caused youOur Sunglasses are lifetime guaranteed and should be able to be swapped for a like pair at the location you purchased sunglassesWe have setup our warranty to run through the store chains to satisfy customer immediately and then in return we handle proper credit with store locationWe also offer a "direct to Pugs" return that incurs a shipping chargeIt sounds like store chain is unwilling to handle your glass replacement, again I apologize for thatI would like to handle replacement myself and take care of your issues free of chargeCan you please tell me what style the glass you are trying to replace is (should be on inside of frame)? We apologize for the miscommunication with David H[redacted]. At the time his sunglasses broke, it appears that our website was momentarily down for maintenance which is why he couldn't get ahold of us. I have contacted the consumer and offered to send him a replacement pair...
of sunglasses to cover his product that broke. This was a week ago and I still have not receieved any response from him on the product he is interested in. I will await his decision and immediately send him a replacement once he gets back in touch with us.
