Price quote and change based on number of refills per year.
I contacted Pugs Oil on 11/12, 2018 to get a tune up of the oil furnace. Upon speaking to the representation, she quoted a price of $173 for their customers of which I am one. She put me on hold and then came back and told me my price would be $253 and the earliest tune up date would be late December. The price hike was based on the fact that I had not bought oil during the year, however my last deliver date was in November of 2017. I explained that I buy oil once a year because I also have a wood burning furnace and am able to conserve. The higher price still stands even thought I only get oil from from once a year.

I'm trying to respond to this complaint, I don't see how to address it on line. could you pleaase call the office on Monday I tried to call you today and the message says you are closed for the holiday. Ms. only purchased oil once in 2017 and that was the only time she purchased, this is
over a year later. the policy is if you don't regularly purchase oil the tune ups are $253.00 we have never done any service work there in the past. When she called the first time we were setting up appointments in late December, we are now setting up appointments in January. we have no control of
when some one calls to make an appointment we set it up for the first available date. we look forward to hearing from you...Thank You
