I am writing this in response to complaint ID *** concerning an apartment in a complex I own inFederal Way, WAThe person who filed this complaint is not a resident of this complex, I have includeda copy of the lease agreement to verify thisI believe that this complaint is a response to the
recent rentincreases at the propertyThese increases were made to keep up with increasing expenses and marketlease rates for similar apartments in the areaAfter the increases these apartments are still priced atthe low end of the market and provide residents with the best value in the area.I dispute all other claims except for the gutters that have flooded during heavy rain periods but havebeen repairedThe manager of this property has over thirty years experience in apartmentmanagement and has been manager of this property for over ten yearsI have not received anycomplaints regarding her performance including handling of work ordersIn fact many of the residentshave told me that she does an excellent job and is one of the reasons they choose to live at theproperty.As owner of rental property I strive to provide my residents with quality housing at a fair price and Iencourage the Revdex.com to visit the Waverly apartments and talk with the residents and managerI'm surethat if you do you will find that this complaint is without merit just a reaction to a simple fact of life,everything is getting more expensive.Regards,Mike M***Owner Waverly Apartments
