I brought my smart car to Pug just after I bought it , it cost me over to put a part in and 4hour wait, in all that time I asked them about getting my oil changed or checked, they said it still had so many km till it was due , I went home my son in law checked the oil it was jet black and a quart low,they were not friendly at all,they never offered me a coffee, the wife acted like she was something special, I would never recommend them nor will I be back,

I'll be honest, I was a little reluctant to I take my new *** *** anywhere else but the dealership for repairs but I took a chance on Pug City Euroworks and am I ever glad I did! Not only was I greeted into a warm atmosphere, the owners Allie and Neil are extremely welcoming, professional and seem to really care about your concernsYou can tell they take their business reputation very seriously and It quickly became clear to me that they run their business with integritI never once felt like I was being taken advantage of in anyway and I felt completely at ease trusting them with my import SUV repairs as there we many different types of import vehicles at their shopThe service was completed in a timely manner and at a price that couldn't be beatI am so happy to find a mechanic I trust and I will definitely be referring all my family and friends to them! Keep up the good work Pug City, you now have a loyal customer for life!!!!
