I had several issues with *** regarding the service to XXX-XXX-XXXXThe phone line was not working for several months and I notified them regularlyThey never came fix the phoneI told them that was not working and I was told via phone that I do not need pay for the time not functioningSo I stopped paying and they send me to a collection agency, I sent the money requested but I like they return my money back because they referred me to a collection agency for a phone was not working for several months, for which I paid most of the time not working and is not fairIm a year old man that had no service and forced to pay for what was not functioning
By the way my son which knows English and know how use computer is making this complain for me, Im also hearing impaired and cant hear phone call through cell phones, so My son will represent me in any call,

I am paying for a plan which includes phone (landline) and internet (3M) with unlimited service, for a total of $per month, but I have not been getting the 3megas of internet speed that I was promised and I am paying forI check my internet speed daily (using online websites) to check my speed and I do not get megas

The phone lines damaged by hurricane Maria and we are receiving bills for services that are not being provided due to damaged/down phone poles
They refuse to cancel my service even though I don't have phone or internet service
