I got an e-mail promotion on a "spring maintenance special" that is catered to my vehicleNo where in the e-mail coupon did it state this was for conventional or synthetic oil change but it did have my car's vin on the coupon leading you to believe its for full synthetic as it is "highly recommended" to do a full synthetic on my carI called it in and was told it would cost $more to do full syntheticIt is so highly recommended, that they would not even do a conventional oil changeTo me, this is a bait and switchpromising you a service which they cannot deliver and charging you moreI would rather spend my money elsewhere to do my maintenance
