This company is nothing but a scam and I'm really glad we didn't buy their timeshare! We stayed there on vacation and many days after we checked out they charged my credit card improperly for services that weren't ours They refused to ever refund our money despite the fact I sent them a copy of the receipt we were given at checkout showing a zero balance Furthermore, we attended their timeshare presentation in exchange for a certificate for nights plus the meal plan for people valid until May They are now refusing to honor the certificateThis company is nothing but a scam and fraudulent hiding under Mexican "laws."

This company is nothing but a scam and I'm really glad we didn't buy their timeshare! We stayed there on vacation and many days after we checked out they charged my credit card improperly for services that weren't ours. Furthermore, we attended their timeshare presentation in exchange for a certificate for 3 nights plus the meal plan for 2 people valid until May 2017. They are now refusing to honor the certificate. This company is nothing but a scam and fraudulent hiding under Mexican "laws."
